According to the latest information available, the G.C.E (O/L) examinations in Sri Lanka for 2025 will be held from March 17th to March 26th, 2025. This means the "holiday" period for students taking the O/L exams would fall around these dates.

Overtime, the foundation stone was laid at the present location on 10th 23rd of 1957 by Honorable Mr.Rajathurai M.P with the help of government funds.
